HR Letters for Your Company

Set up your letterhead once — logo, colours, signature, seal and contact block — then issue offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, termination letters and everything in between. Each issued letter is locked, gets a reference number, and carries a QR code the recipient's bank, embassy or next employer can use to verify it is genuine.

Common questions

What kinds of letters can we issue?

All 19 of them: offer and appointment letters, confirmation after probation, promotion and salary revision, warnings and show cause notices, termination and relieving letters, experience certificates, salary certificates, employment verification and NOCs.

How does the verification work?

Every letter you issue is locked, given a reference number, and printed with a QR code. Anyone holding the letter — a bank, an embassy, the employee's next employer — can scan it and see who issued it, to whom, and when, plus whether it has since been withdrawn. They do not need an account, and they do not need to phone your HR team.

Can we use our own letterhead?

Yes. Upload your logo, signature and company seal, set your colours and one of four letterhead layouts, and every letter carries them. The branding is frozen into each letter at the moment it is issued, so rebranding later never changes a document someone already holds.

What does it cost?

The free plan covers your first 10 letters with no card. Starter is $99 a year for 100 letters and three team members; Business is $299 a year for unlimited issuance, bulk runs from a CSV and a verified company badge. Monthly billing is available on both.

What happens to issued letters if we stop paying?

Nothing. Every letter you have already issued stays verifiable and downloadable permanently, including if you close the account. Only future issuance is limited. Withdrawing them would make genuine certificates your former employees hold fail their checks, which is not something we will do to them.

Can employees request letters themselves?

Yes. Once you have issued someone a letter, they can request further documents — an experience certificate, an NOC for a visa, a salary certificate — from their own account. The requests arrive in one queue in your workspace instead of scattered across email and WhatsApp.
